He is survived by: his wife Wilma Jean "Jean" Hoffman of John's Lutheran Church; his sons, Greg Hoffman (Judy) and Keith Hoffman (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Victoria Hoffman, Nicholas Hoffman (Morgan), Ken Hoffman, Taylor Sackandy (Erik) and Madyson Hoffman; his great grandchild Berkeley Hoffman; his siblings, Dan Hoffman (Earlene), Tim Hoffman (Kathy) and Helen Shearer (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Hoffman, Kathy Goss and Rita Sendelweck.
