He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Ruth Ann Ferguson (Vonderheide); his daughter Natasha Ferguson; his brother Kenny Ferguson; and his father-in-law Robert Silvis.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Ferguson of Jasper; his children, Kathy "Kat" Basham (James) of Owensboro, KY, Shana Silvis (Derrick McCracken) of Jasper, Ashley Ferguson (Tiffany Tucker) of Louisville, KY, Thomas "T. J." Ferguson (Jordan) of Celestine and Tyler Ferguson (Danielia) of French Lick; his siblings, Randall Joseph Ferguson (Becky) of Huntingburg, Steve Ferguson of Huntingburg, Tony Ferguson (Christy) of Huntingburg, Chris Ferguson of Huntingburg, Jay Ferguson of Huntingburg, Marilyn Wright Carrico (Jack) of Huntingburg, Gary "Gus" Ferguson (Deeann) of Lincoln City, Trell Ferguson of Corydon, Sheilah Eversman (Greg) of Jasper and Jenny Himsel of Jasper; his mother-in-law Joyce Kuhlman; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Lynn Ferguson. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces/nephews, and great nieces/nephews.
