She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hudson and Marie Hudson of Jasper; her husband Dennis Dale Heaton; and her sisters, Nancy Truelove, Jean Poe, Evelyn Borrell, Catherine Rafferty and Sue Berg.
She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Engelbrecht (Gerald), Vicki Henke (Cory), Randy Heaton (Raina) of Haysville, NC, Dean Heaton (Jennifer), Brian Heaton, Eric Heaton (Lea) of Spurgeon, IN and Preceding; and also Gerald "Buck" Hudson. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dubois County Humane Society.
