It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Eskew Wassmer of Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on June 18, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Eskew and Mary Eskew (Lowell); her husband William "Bill" Wassmer; her son Mark Wassmer; and her siblings, Ralph, Curtis Eskew and Mildred Hebner.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Perrin of Smyrna, TN, Douglas (Lilian Saul) of Tampa, FL, Jan Stevenson (Dennis) of Yonkers, NY, David Wassmer (Rebekah) of Cumming, GA and Vicki Boehman (Rick) of Jasper, IN.; her grandchildren, James Perrin (Kim) of Smyrna, TN, Robyn Cole (John) of Louisville, KY, Ian Stevenson (Cate) of Peaks Island, ME, Colin Stevenson of Central Falls, RI, William, Kathryn Wassmer of Cumming, GA, Neil Boehman (Stacey) of Fisherville, KY, Michael Boehman (Sara) and Alex Boehman of Jasper, IN; her great grandchildren, Jaden, Adison Perrin, Reaghan, Sullivan, Everett Fraser, Owen Stevenson, Hannah, Lauren, Kendall and Jackson Boehman; and her sister Sheryl Small (David) of Tampa, Florida..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornelia de Lange Syndrome Foundation in honor of her great-granddaughter, Hannah Mae Boehman or to Precious Blood Catholic Church.
