He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Phillips and Lillian Phillips (Street); his wife Georgiane Phillips of Jasper, IN; his children, Paula (Paul), Joe Jr. (Connie), Frank Phillips of Loogootee, IN and Paul Phillips (Shanda) of New Castle, IN; and his siblings, Betty Graber, Patty Beyer and Roger Phillips. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
