He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Blackwell and Blanche Blackwell (Freeman); his significant other Claudia Valdivia; and his sister Patricia Kalb. He is survived by: his children, David Blackwell, Barbara Arvin (Rob), Rachel Hudson (Tim), Charles Blackwell (Tina) and Jennifer Tedrow (Charlie). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 18 Great- Grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
