He is survived by: his wife Barbara Otto; his son Chris "Pooky" Otto (Jayme); his stepsons, Timothy Carmickle and Jeremy Carmickle (Kelcey); his grandchildren, Paige, Devin Otto and Chloe Carmickle; and his brother Randy Otto (Jan).
