He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Reynolds Seeley and Edna Mae Kraft; his siblings, C. Raymond "Buzz" Seeley and Donna Baker (Vern); and his siblings-in-law, Von Blackburn and Nancy Seeley.
He is survived by: his wife Tawanna; his daughters, Dona Ward (Lowell) and Dyan Kramer (Michael); his stepchildren, Amiee Bower and Matthew Moore; his granddaughters, Alyx, Michaela Ward, Ella, Clare Kramer, Myranda and Sydney Wienkers; his sisters, Jackie Blackburn, Sandi Arduini (Jim) and Jerry Sternes (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law Jeff Frohbieter (Tina).
