She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Rees and Louise Rees (Eckerle); her husband Thomas Schmidt of Jasper, IN; her children, Phil Schmidt (Lisa) of Jasper, IN, Denise Bainbridge (Frank) of Orlando, FL and Gregory Schmidt (Tammy) of Carlsbad, NM; her brothers, Edward and Ronald Rees; and also James Rees (Janet) of Yukon, OK. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
