Billie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Allen and Mildred Jean Kearby; her husband Carl Fox; her son David Fox; and her grandson Daniel Allbright.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Miller (Rodney) of Washington and Debra L. Prewitt of Orleans; her grandchildren, Ryan Miller (Jamie), Elisha Dewig, Tricia Russell (Curtis), David Allbright (Jacob), Kaitlynn Myler (Jessy) and Tylar Prewitt; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Henry Dewig, Brody and Clara Miller.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home (9640 IN-56, French Lick, IN 47432). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
