She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester "Tubby" D. Mitchell and Hazel Mitchell (Gambill); her husband William J. Sapp; and her brother Jerry Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Becky Hammond (Mike) of Jasonville, Danny Sapp (Sherry) of Jasonville and Connie Rash (Scott) of Coalmont; her grandchildren, Byron Hammond (Emily), Hilary Fusco (Nick), Ashley Stout (Tom), Gentry Sapp, Jordan Rash (Chelsee), Alison Stewart (Aaron) and Kade Sapp; and her siblings, Barbara Scott of Dugger, Patsy Hill (Jerry) of Jasonville, Beverly Brashears of Linton, Sharon West (Donnie) of McCordsville, Tom Mitchell (Sheila) of Riley, June Shacklett of Linton, Bob Mitchell (Jacki) of Jasonville and Jim Mitchell of Jasonville. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
