He is survived by: his parents, Gary Terrell of Jasonville and Minney Terrell (Gallagher) of Shelburn; his siblings, Tammy Street (John) of Jasonville, Gary Gould (Tina) of Jasonville and Cory Terrell of Jasonville; his daughters, Madelyn and Millie Terrell; and his grandmother Doris Ladson of Jasonville.
