She is survived by: her husband Michael Medlock of Jasonville, IN; her children, Leslie Megenhardt (Brandon) of Berea, KY, Ashley Nicolulis (Paul II) of Worthington, IN and Steven Jones (Missy) of Terre Haute, IN; and her grandchildren, Jarrett Megenhardt, Silas Megenhardt, Paityn Nicolulis and Teigyn Nicolulis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
