He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Martin and Bessie Martin (Thurston); his siblings, Gene, Jack, Steve, Dave, Sharlyn "Susie" and Reggie; and his grandchildren, Austin Sams, Jessica Pascoe and Ashli Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Martin (Bales); his sister Janyth Brantley; his daughters, Marcy Bales (Rob) of Sharpsville, IN, Michelle Waitt (Kenny) of Cicero, IN, Sandy Wilkinson (Marty) of Windfall, IN, Stephanie Minor (Andy) of Kokomo, IN and Jennifer Oslter of Kokomo, IN.; and his grandchildren, Kenny Ostler (Aprille), Kristine Chapman (Eric), Shelby Pini (Adam), Andru Sams (Kayla), Katie Waitt, Darcee Collins (Cory), Brooke Minghini (Austin), Jacob Minor, Carli Minor, Danielle Purnell (Cedric), Chris Garling (Amber), Amanda-Joe Garling, Samantha Larrison-Bales, Joshua Bales, Kaila Oglageo (Nick), Devin Bales and Kenneth Ostler. He is also survived by Several Great-Grandchildren.
