He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevenson and Gertrude Stevenson (Harlan); his siblings, Loren Craig, Max Craig and Jane Kaufman; and his grandson Craig Morse.
He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Stevenson (McBride) of Jasonville; his daughters, Sharon Morse (Fred) of Jasonville, Kathy Edmondson (Tom) of Jasonville and Cindy McNabb (Bo) of Jasonville; his grandchildren, Nicole Morse-Griffith (Eric), Matthew Sims, Megan Sims-Willis (Patrick), Shellie Edmondson-Robbins, Amber Edmondson-Bowling (Nic), Steven McNabb (Amanda), Scott McNabb (Mary), Sean McNabb, Donnie McNabb, Vanessa McNabb-Bush (Brandon) and Samantha McNabb-McCoskey (J. D.); his great grandchildren, Beckett Griffith, Baylor Griffith, Breckynn Griffith, Brant Mize, Mia Robbins, Finn Willis, Townsend Willis, Hattie Willis, Reghan McNabb, Ella Bush, Hannah Bush, Jevan McCoskey, Jude McCoskey and Jillian McCoskey; his sister Rita Cahall of South Bend, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Ray McBride of Jasonville and Ruth Whitlock of Terre Haute. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
