Smith (Rick) of Plainfield, IN, Eric A. White (Heather) of Bloomington, IN, Jami R. Montgomery of Jasonville, IN, John P. Cox of Indianapolis, IN, Jason Cox of Indianapolis, IN and Ryan L. Minks (Kimberly) of Jasonville, IN. She is also survived by grandchildren – 13; great-grandchildren.
