He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Euel Mullens and Mary Mullens (Lucas); and his siblings, Roy Lee Mullens and Phyllis Price. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn R. Mullens (Snellenberger) of Jasonville, IN; his children, Pam Miller (Steve) of Jasonville, IN and Mark Mullens (Tony) of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Ashley Hedden (David) and Jamie Readinger (Wes); his great grandchildren, Audrey Hedden, Bryce Hedden, Henleigh Readinger and Brody Readinger; and his sister Clara Treadway. He is also survived by brother and sisters in-law; several nieces and nephews.
