Kenny "Ken" Wade of Jasonville, IN; her children, Amy Jo Fulford (Jason) of Jasonville, IN, Jamie Sue Donnely of Vincennes, IN, Kenneth James Wade of Jasonville, IN, Johnathon Wade of Galena, IL and Rayne Nevaeh Wade of Jasonville, IN; her grandchildren, William Scott Jeffries, Taylor Jean Neff and Layne Donnely; her siblings, Sandy Hatfield (David) of Brighton, MI, Kevin Whitsett (Cindy) of Georgetown, OH and Mark Whitsett of Fridley, MN; her nieces and nephews, Kezia Hatfield, Josiah Hatfield, Kenan Hatfield, Kelley Birchfield (Kraig), Korey Whitsett (Mandy) and Matthew Whitsett (Ashlee); her great-niece Taylor Jane Whitsett; and her mother Marsha.
