He is survived by: his wife Tammy Burkett of Jasonvile, IN; his children, Cynthia Shannon Cornett (Chase) of Paxton, IL and Dalton Coy Burkett of Mequon, WA; his grandson Elijah James Cornett; and his siblings, Peggy Johnson (Rick) of Jasonville, IN, David Burkett (Dixie) of Jasonville, IN and Gary Burkett (Lisa) of Princeton, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
