He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert M. Carr and Meredith Carr (Goodman). He is survived by: his brother Jack Carr of Linton; his stepchildren, Anna Schoppert (Shad) of Anchorage, Kristina Avila (Rodrigo) of Jasonville and Larissa Pouch (Garrett) of Ingalls, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Reyna Avila, Timothy Avila, Isabella Avila, Braeden Schoppert, Alethia Schoppert, Ethan Schoppert, Finn Pouch and Theodore Pouch.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (140 E Vincennes St, Linton, IN 47441). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A masonic service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM.
