With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Edmonson of Jasonville, Indiana, born in Linton, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester B. Edmonson and Nettia Edmonson (Higar); his grandchildren, Faith Lee, Anna Mealey, Jaxson Hollifield and Jack Sumner, Jr.; and his siblings, Judy Samm, Chester K. Edmonson, Darrell Edmonson and Donald Edmonson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Edmonson of Jasonville; his children, Jennifer Moore (Henry) of Indianapolis and Chris Edmonson (Kendrah) of Indianapolis; his stepchildren, Jessica Mealey (William) of Wyoming, Jamie Hollifield of Linton, Angel House of Indianapolis and Joshua Hollifield of Jasonville; his grandchildren, Tait Fahey, Mika Fahey (December), Jacklynn Sumner, Jaylynn Sumner, Tori Stephens (Douglas), Marina Edmonson of Shauna Edmonson, C. J, Keena Edmonson, Tama Edmonson, Joshy Gillenwater, Alexis Root, Andrew Mealey, Jesse Mealey, Anthony Helton and Julia Hollifield; and his brother John Edmonson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
