He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Head and Alicia Edwards; his stepmother Ann Head; his siblings, Albert Head, Robert Head, Ronnie Head, Aaron Head, Alan Head, Sheila Black, Mary Draper, Amber Pruitt and April Bennett; and his grandchildren, Antonio Bault, Preston Bault, Aubree Bault, Natalee Bault, Kaden Bault and Creed Carlisle.
