He was predeceased by: his father Orval Ernest Miller; and his wife Rebecca Miller. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Jo Miller (Reed) of Coalmont, IN; his brother Marty Joe Miller (Sandra); his nieces and nephews, Christina Schumacher (Christoph), Marty Miller II (Tonya) and Jeremiah Miller (Angela); and his great-nephew Otis Schumacher.
