He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rotman (Dayhuff); his children, Sheila Bonham (Michael) of Columbus, Jason Rotman of Indianapolis, Tara Baker and Niki Simpson (Ronnie) of Clay City; his grandchildren, Brian Richardson, Lindsay Zehrung (Craig), Emma Richardson, Preston Hasler, Jake Richardson, Madison Creager, Grant Simpson, Milee Simpson, Graycee Simpson, D'Kira Khum, Brandon Bonham and Alison Bonham; his brothers, David Rotman (Lisa), Joe Rotman and Lennie Waugh; his nephews, Andrew Rotman (Ashley), Matthew Rotman (Amy), Evan Rotman and Weston Reynolds; and his niece Lindsey Watson Katie Midgett (Jeff).
