He was predeceased by: his parents, William Givens Hibbard and Hazel Hibbard (Young); and his siblings, Jim Hibbard, Billie Jane LeDune, Roger Hibbard and Juanita Hibbard.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Hibbard of Jasonville, IN; and his children, Laura Sue Hamilton (Jim) of Worthington, IN and Eckward "Buddy" Hibbard II of Jasonville, IN. He is also survived by grandchildren – 7; great-grandchildren.
