He was predeceased by: his parents, Price W. Lewis and Helen I. Lewis (Vencel); and his brother Jerry W. Lewis (Linda). He is survived by: his close friend Bobbie Wilson of Jasonville, IN; his sons, Ronald D. Hayne of Terre Haute, IN and Larry F. Wilson of Farmersburg, IN; his granddaughter Nevaeh Hayne of Jasonville, IN; his sister Debbie Miller (Ed) of Terre Haute; his nieces, Andrea Hoopingarner (Joe), Crystal Brooks and Abra Lewis; and his nephew Tom Blitz (Michelle). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
