She was predeceased by: her daughter Lisa Jo George; her uncle Rick Street (Mark); and her grandparents, Bill, Betty Street, Gaylord and Patricia George.
She is survived by: her parents, Roger S. George and Lana J. George (Street) of Jasonville, IN; her daughter Jaycee J. George of Jasonville, IN; and her siblings, Jessica Cullison of Hymera, IN and Matthew Quattlebaum of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
