He was predeceased by: his mother Joy Stout (Bush); and his brother Brad Stout. He is survived by: his father Donald Stout of Coalmont, IN; his wife Jane Stout of Jasonville, IN; his sons, Jason Stout (Katie) of Jasonville, IN and Tom Stout (Ashley) of Greenwood, IN; his granddaughters, Bryn Stout and Ellie Stout; and his siblings, Kathy Ford (Steve) of Terre Haute, IN, Gary Stout (Lisa) of Terre Haute, IN and Carey Stout (Barbara) of Bloomfield, IN.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Bill to the Jasonville Public Library.
