She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Pilk and Lena Pilk (Flynn); and her sisters, Elsie Smith and Shirley Hart. She is survived by: her husband Willard L. Sherman of Jasonville; and her children, Ronnie Sherman of Jasonville, Willard R. Sherman of Jasonville, William Sherman of Jasonville, James Sherman of Jasonville, Cindy Pitcher (Billy) of Linton, Jay Sherman of Linton and John Sherman (Mylee) of Linton. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Welch & Cornett Funeral Home (140 E Vincennes St, Linton, IN 47441). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
