He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas, Shirley Boyne, Lorris and Violet McClaine; and his brother Samuel McClaine.
He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Phelps (Shawn) and Samuel McClaine (Susie); his children, Julian McClaine and Khloe McClaine; his siblings, Josh McClaine (Katie), Jeremy McClaine (Andrea), Jason McClaine (Tanya), Amanda Parks (Darrell), Carissa Carpenter (Andrew) and Cheyenne Phelps; and his girlfriend Whitney Sherrill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
