McCullough of Jamestown, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hatcher and Virginia Hatcher (Walker). She is survived by: her husband Melvin McCullough of Jamestown; her children, Debra S. Smith of Jamestown and Jason E. McCullough (Karla) of Brownsburg; her grandchildren, Brittan Smith (Alicia), Derek McCullough and Brooke McCullough; her great grandchildren, Asher Smith and Evie Smith; and her siblings, Sam Hatcher of Greensburg, George Hatcher of Paoli, Indiana, Lois Hatcher of Greensburg and Judy Chambers of Plainfield.
