She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenith Shoaf and Laura Shoaf (Graves); her husband Leslie Howard Ebaugh; her sisters, Karol Ann Shoaf, Janet Blickenstaff and Karen Evans; and her son-in-law Dan Day.
She is survived by: her children, Libby Cowling, Lisa Graham (Brian Kincaid), Patrick Ebaugh (Cheryl) and Lachelle Day; her grandchildren, Constance Cowling (Dan Yohe), Diane Hill (Eddie), Christian VanDyke (Brandon), Desiree Cowling, Michael Graham (Sasha), Quentin Day, Nickolas Ebaugh and Tyler Sutton (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Rowan, Kaia, Riley, Taylor, Iris, Eddie, Sophia, Serenity and Tinsley; and her siblings-in-law, Lee Ebaugh, Mike Ebaugh, Tudie Beck and Martha Janssen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
