He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene Lowe and Alice Louise Lowe; and his granddaughter Faith. He is survived by: his wife Robin Lowe (Stephens); his children, Douglass Eugene Lowe (Barbara) and Samantha Lyn Lowe (Chad); his siblings, Donna Foley (Richard), Debbie Berry (John) and Harold Lowe (Josie); and his grandchildren, Cody, Elise, Andrew and Cooper.
