He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foster and Chloe Marie Foster (Phillips); his daughter Mary Frances Foster; his brother Elmer Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Modglin, Sandy McCaughey (Bob) and Nancy Tate.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster (Plasters) of Jamestown; his daughter Julie Myers (Mike) of New Ross; his grandson Ricky Lee Myers; his siblings, Hayden Foster (Tammie) of Pleasant View, TN, Carl Foster of Monticello, KY, Boyd Foster (Helen) of Monticello, KY, Edna Tucker (Carlie) of Monticello, KY, Ethel Modglin of Greencastle, IN and Carolyn Branscum (Eddie) of Monticello, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Spencer Tate of Henderson, KY and Donna Basham (Glen) of Brownsburg. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and six nephews.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Gideon's Bible or Boone County Cancer Society.
