She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Van of Jamestown, Danny of Jamestown, Randall (Melissa) of Jamestown and Timothy (Michelle) of Thorntown; and her siblings, Gwen Coffman (Gene) of Jamestown and Clifton Wethington of Lebanon.
