She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Woodrow Wethington and Laura May Wethington (Summers); and her brothers, David Wethington and Kenneth "Bill" Wethington. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Smith (Martha) of Lebanon, Paul Smith (Paula) of Fortville and Woodrow Smith of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Roth Cardona (Allison) of Indianapolis, Connor Smith of Clayton, Brenna Smith of Lebanon, Michael Smith of Fortville and Hunter Smith of Indianapolis; and her sisters, Phyllis McKinney of Lebanon and Carolyn Hudson (Bob) of Alabama. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
