She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Montgomery and Dorothy Montgomery (Owens); her husband Floyd "Bill" Neff; and her siblings, John, Hollis Montgomery, Betty Euliss, Sally Paletta and Shirley Schuh.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Shubert, Rhonda Hoskins, Angie Hieston (Jim) and Eric Neff (Julie). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jamestown Christian Church for the support of the Giving Tree in Connie's honor.
