With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifton R. Carter of Jamestown, Indiana, born in Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on June 30, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clifton R. Carter to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Carter and Eva Carter (Emberton). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Mason; his children, Connie Ford (Rick), Stacey Sutphin (Greg) and Eric Carter; his grandchildren, Josh Ford, Brent Ford, Justin Ford, Travis Sutphin, Dana Hubbell, Andrea Purdy, Erica Carter and Gage Carter; and his siblings, Ginny Daily, Helen Orzoti and James Brent Carter. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and twelve great-great grandchildren.
