She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph "Loy" Fink and Mary Fink (Frances); her husband Victor Burkett; her son Steve Burkett; her siblings, James Fink, Goldie Fink, Gladys Emberton and Carlene Randal; her daughter-in-law Sandra K. Burkett; and her granddaughter-in-law Jaima LaFollette.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Burkett of Greencastle and Vicki LaFollette (Ric) of Thorntown; her grandchildren, Anita Meyers (Paul), Clint LaFollette, Eric Burkett and Beau Burkett; her stepgrandchildren, Brian Ricketts, Brad Ricketts, Kathy Morlan, Brannon Ricketts and Bret Ricketts; her great grandchild Ashley Johnson; and her close friend Gomer Justice.
