He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Hopf and Ardella Hopf (Stenftenagel); his wife Darlene Hopf; his children, Duane of Otwell, Darren Hopf of Otwell, Cindy Simpson (James Dean) of Crossville, TN and Christine Martin (Jon) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Craig, Robert Abbott, Alicia Elmore, Jon, Zach, Mariah Martin and Janis Monroe; his sisters, Betty Edwards, Sylvia Fleck and Marilyn Burris; his sister-in-law Carol Hopf; and his siblings, Gary Hopf, Roseanne Wilson and Ralph Hopf. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
