She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Freyberger and Lorena Freyberger (Fuhrman); her husband Eugene C. Sermersheim; her children, Becky Kempf and Mark Sermersheim; and her sister Annie Sendelweck.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Sermersheim (Cheryl) of Ireland, IN and Deb Knies (Roger); her grandchildren, Daniel Sermersheim, Abby Dupps, Jaleigh Becher, Brittany Schnell, Erin Terwiske and Shayla Land; and her siblings, Sandra Lents (Sonny) of Jasper, IN and Roy Freyberger Jr.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
