It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick J. Schmitt (Ireland, Indiana), who passed away on December 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Schmitt and Elizabeth Schmitt (Renner); his wife Hilda Heeke; his daughters, Wanda Beck (Gary) of Ireland, IN, Linda Hohl (Tony) and Brenda Hochgesang (Mark); and his siblings, Mary Ann Stetter of Jasper, IN, Mike Schmitt (Carol) of Ireland, IN. and Frank Schmitt.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery Fund or to a favorite charity.
