It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy G. Schmitt of Ireland, Indiana, born in Ferdinand, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Helming and Josephine Helming (Bartley); and her siblings, Dolores Sutton, Albert and Leroy Helming.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas U. Schmitt; her children, Angie Love (Gary), Amy Knies (Chad) of Fishers, IN and Adam Schmitt (Kelli); her grandsons, Travis, Kade Love, Nolan and Cole Knies; and her siblings, Dorothy Cheney of Carrollton, GA and Don Helming (Carrol).
