He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Haase and Alvina Haase (Blattel); his former wife Barbara Schmitt; his wife Preceding; and his siblings, Mary Lou Brain, Martha Kern, Ann Mae Rainey and Carmen "Pete" Haase.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Betz (Charlie) of Schnellville, IN, Beverly Kempf, Jane Schaefer (Kenny), Michael Haase (Donna) of Ireland, IN and Tom Haase (Janet); and his uncle Leon Blattel of Cape Giradeau, MO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
