She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nord and Laura Nord (Schue); her husband Melvin Schitter; and her siblings, Asella Merle, Imelda Whitaker, Virginia Nord, Harvey and Eugene Nord.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Loewenstein (David) of Holland, IN, Margaret Hevron (David) of Holland, IN and Kenneth Nord (Geraldene) of Boonville, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church or the Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center.
