She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Johnson; her parents, Will Herron and Jane Herron; her grandson Josh Shanklin; and her son-in-law Mike Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jackson (Kenny), Julie Turner, Billy Hurst (Missy) and Rick Hurst (Lisa); her stepchildren, Richard Johnson (Kelly), Matt Johnson (Patsy) and Connie Stumbo; and her caregiver Donna Jo Warren. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
