With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freddie Smith of Ingalls, Indiana, who passed away on June 17, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Smith and Levy Smith; his sons, Gary Rhodes and Tommy Rhodes; and his sister Pat Traughber (Tommy).
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Smith; and his children, Jennifer Hagerman (Harold), Dale Franklin (Sharon), John Hemphill (Mechial), Danny Rhodes (Jennifer), Lisa Boles and Johnny Rhodes. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
