She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Roger Higginbotham and Ruby Jean Glidewell; and her brother Tom Higginbotham. She is survived by: her husband William Edward Burris Jr.; her daughters, Shannon Burris and Melanie Ulloa (Eduardo) of Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Kristian Hunt (Nathanael), Breana Burris, Bailey Bellezza, Bryan Ulloa, Alexander Ulloa and Dylan Ulloa.
