He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tolbert and Geraldine Tolbert (Van Ness); his son Frankie Tolbert; and his grandson Trey Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Tolbert (Summers); his children, Donald G. Tolbert, David J. Tolbert, Dawn L. Thorpe, Robert L. Shelly, Tracey L. Shelly, Benjamin E. Wiseman, Kelli M. Rempe, Larry E. Wiseman and Terry J. Wiseman; and his sister Gykala Haynes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
