She is survived by: her child Claude "Butchie" Douglas, Jr.; her grandchildren, Anwar, Eric Jr., Shakira and Shakayla; her children, Chan, Eric (Diana), Keith and Simona; her mother Roberta Thomas; her son-in-law James Parker (JJ); her siblings, Rebecca Gipson (John), Sheila White (Michael), Larry Thomas, Sandra Fields (Ronald), Beverly Asher, Deborah Tinsley and Donna Lanier (Daryl); and her daughter Roslind Lewis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
